About 85% of the shops along Third Avenue South are fashion, while 10% are interiors and gardens, 2% are arts and antiques, 1% are gifts, and the last 1% are food boutiques. Please note that these are estimates and not exact numbers regarding the type of shops that are found along Third Street South, however these should give you an idea of the kind of shops you will find here. The most commonly found shops along Third Street South, and the most popular are fashion retail. There are eighteen fashion retail shops here at Third Street South, most of them geared towards women, however there are a few shops that have clothing for men and children as well. Third Street South is also a great place to shop for that food lover in your life. If you just want to pick up a special treat to take back to your vacation rental or hotel room, stop by the bakery at Tony’s on Third, and maybe pick up a bottle of wine while you’re there! Pastries, and other ready-to-eat goodies are served at the weekly Farmer’s Market, which is held every Saturday from 7:30 am to 11: 30 am.
